Can I try a class?

Absolutely! Try anything you want, as long as the class isn’t full. You are welcome to try a class for free. Just please email us first at DanceWithStarlightStaff@gmail.com so we can confirm your spot.

The semester has already started, do you prorate?

Yes we do. The price should automatically be prorated down for you each month at checkout to reflect the number of months left in the semester.

How late in the semester can i join?

This varies by the class. If we are close to recital or the class is full there may not be an available spot. But if the registration is open on our site then you are welcome to sign up!

Does my child need to be potty trained?

For Creative ? No. For all other classes? Yes.

What is your REFUND policy?

We do not offer refunds

Can I come in and watch the class?

One wall of our studio is completely made of glass with huge windows. You are always welcome to watch from outside but we kindly ask you not to come in and out during class as it creates too many distractions. We find most parents, after the first class or two, enjoy the free time to walk over to Starbucks, Safeway, CVS or the Sunrise Spa next door.

What if my child isn’t ready?

We have a class for you! That is why our Creative Movement class exists! It is the perfect, safe place for your child to explore and play and develop fine motor skills while learning how to engage in a class. We use balls, ribbons, wands, parachutes, tumbling mats, song and dance to play and explore. Parents join in and then gauge for themselves when their child is ready for the parent to step back and allow them to find their independence.

What is your makeup policy?

Students who miss class are welcome to schedule a makeup for another class at the same level but must arrange details with instructor at least 24 hours prior to class to ensure enough room is available in class. *Makeup must be scheduled within two weeks of the missed class.

Can I drop my child off early?

You are welcome to arrive early or stay late with your child but your child will not be supervised outside of scheduled class time. Please do not leave your child unattended before or after class.

Do you have a Fall/WINTER recital?

We do small, in class performances on the last day of class during the Fall/Winter semester. All family and friends are invited at no cost. *Parent and Me and Tiny Tots do not have a performance

Do you have a Spring recital?

Yes! At the end of our Spring Semester we will hold an epic recital! More details to come! *Creative Movement does not do a recital
