$100 RECITAL FEE

The Recital Fee covers your photo and video package of the show, individual and group portraits, tights (to keep), your recital tee shirt (to keep) and the rental of your costume. Yes, we said rental. Unlike other studios where you will pay a lot of money for each costume for each dance you do in the recital, we charge a one time rental fee no matter how many dances you do! This allows us to invest in nice, expensive costumes without charging you the expensive rates. Over time we will build a large collection of these high quality costumes to be used for years to come and you won’t be stuck with a closet full of expensive costumes that were each only worn that one time for 5 minutes. It’s a win-win! If you haven’t taken care of your recital fee yet please click on the picture here to do so now.

FAQ’s

Can parents watch dress rehearsal?

No, I’m sorry, all dress rehearsals are closed to everyone except dancers, staff, and Backstage Volunteers. We are saving the magic for the stage/minimizing the chaos of rehearsal.

Can parents come backstage?

No, only the Backstage Volunteers will be allowed backstage. The Theater does not allow anyone backstage who is not on the pre-approved list.

How do I SIGN UP to be a backstage VOLUNTEER?

Backstage volunteers must be over 18, and must be fully vaccinated. They will be able to watch dress rehearsal but will not be able to see the performance as they will be backstage. If you want to volunteer please click here.

How do costumes work?

We provide all costumes. They will be waiting backstage for your performer at all dress rehearsals and shows in garment bags with their names on them. Please plan to help your performer get into and out of their costume during the dress rehearsals at Starlight. Backstage volunteers will help them on the show day.

What time will the show end?

We cannot perfectly predict this but to our best guess, the show will end at approximately 5:30

Can I pick my child up early?

No, every single performer will be in our huge finale number and it will be super exciting for them!

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF TICKETS WE CAN PURCHASE?

Please buy as many tickets as you want and invite EVERYONE you have ever met! We are so proud of this show and there is plenty of room for everyone! Tickets are first come first served. Let’s sell out our recital and give these kids the audience they deserve!

Will the show be recorded/Photographed?

Yes! We will be recording the show and taking staged photos of each group and individuals. These are included in your recital package.

Can I take pictures/videos?

Sorry no, everything will be professionally photographed and recorded.

I am concerned that this is a long day for my child

Your concerns are valid and we respect them, here’s a detailed explanation of what to expect that day and what we have done / plan to do to care for your child.
