COACHING CLASSES
These classes are run as semi-private lessons. All students attend each class and prepare their own solos, duets, monologues, etc. Teachers work with the whole group on warmups and technique then coach individuals through their pieces with the whole class present, allowing everyone to learn and grow from each other. If you do not start the class with a prepared piece, not to worry! Your coach will help you choose one! This is strongly recommended for anyone who is competing in theatre this year.

TECHNIQUE CLASSES
Each technique class focuses on developing new skill sets. In Acting Technique and Scene work students will develop broader theatre technique and may explore a variety of theatre media from working on scenes to preparing for auditions. In Improv and Theatre Games actors will learn to think on their feet, add a “yes and,” and explore comedy and longform. In Playwriting, students will work together to write short plays, they will even produce several scenes in a staged reading at the end of the class.
