9:30 AM Check-In (Level 1/2 & Up)
Parents and dancers should check in at the stage door upon arrival. Younger dancers will be escorted backstage by a volunteer. Dancers should arrive wearing their costume underneath comfortable leggings, shorts, or pants, along with a t-shirt or dance team jacket. Please bring all dance shoes, any required dance undergarments, and a labeled water bottle. Backstage Volunteers will assist dancers with costume changes throughout the show.
10:00 AM Check-In (Ages 3–5 Classes)
Parents who would like their dancer to have a seat in the audience during Act I must purchase a ticket for them. Dancers may also sit on a parent’s lap or in the designated mat area near the stage with Starlight staff/parent supervision at no cost.
At intermission, all 3–5 year old dancers will be collected from the audience and taken backstage to prepare for their performance. Dancers must already be dressed in costume with hair and makeup completed. Please listen carefully for instructions at the start of intermission.

$70 RECITAL FEE
The Recital Fee covers your photo and video package of the show, individual and group portraits, tights (to keep) and costumes (new this year, to keep!). Starlight has opted to provide dancers with purchased costumes this season, so we can give every class and its dancers a unique and personalized look for each routine!
If you haven’t paid your recital fee yet, please do so prior to picture days.
Hair/Makeup and What to Wear
Please wear the following for Picture Day, Dress Rehearsals at the Theater AND the Recital Performance at the Theater
