Please note that each actor in the Shrek Camp will perform their role in two of the shows, each dancer in the dance and tumbling camp will perform in all four shows as a Featured Dancer. CAST LISTS
FAQ’s
Does my child have to attend all performances?
Only the ones they are scheduled to perform in! But if they want to come and support the other cast we would love to have them and they can even buy $5 performer only sit-on-the-floor-in-the-front-row tickets if they want to purchase them in cash at the door.
What Does my child have to wear?
Please make sure everyone is wearing their basics (jazz shoes, skin tone tights and black leotards or black bike shorts and black tank top) NOT LEGGINGS OR PANTS UNLESS SPECIFIED BY TEACHER AS AN ADDITIONAL ITEM
Do we have to do hair and makeup?
Stage makeup is optional but fun. Check with your director if you want to do anything crazy like face paint or spray in hair color. Please have fun and embrace your character with wild hairstyles that are pulled out of the face. A ponytail is great, so is a mohawk, braids, pigtails, wild and crazy teased out hair, princess Leia buns etc. Honestly as long as your child has their hair brushed and up in something out of their face we are happy!
How do tickets work?
Purchase them at the link above and show up to the show and let us know the name you purchased them with, we will have you on a list to let you in. Lap-sitting children under two do not need tickets. If you are buying lots of tickets for lots of extended family members please wait a few days to make sure parents get a chance to purchase their tickets first so every child can have their parents come at least once. Note: even if your purchase status is “pending” we got it, don’t worry!
Do parents need to come to every show?
You are most welcome to come to as many as your like! We hope you will come at least once to celebrate your child but you are not expected to come more than that.
How long is the show?
Approximately 90-100 minutes including a 10 minute intermission.
